▸ I’ve forgotten my username/password. How do I log into the agent portal?
Please use the “Forgotten Password” function on the Agent Portal login screen.
▸ How do I check the status of my student’s application?
You can do this via the Agent Portal. You will also receive automated messages via the portal regarding your applications.
▸ What programmes are available for international students?

▸ Can my student start remotely at Massey?
Massey is New Zealand’s leading distance education provider with almost 50 years of experience in teaching online. If your student’s programme is in the Programmes Available to Internationals list, they can start their studies online. They will be required to come to New Zealand to continue their study when the borders open.
▸ What distance/online programmes are available for international students?

▸ I can’t find a programme in the Agent Portal. Does this mean it’s not offered?
To ensure you are applying for a programme that is currently available to international students, please use the Programmes Available to Internationals or ONLINE Programmes Available to Internationals list. Click on the programme within the list, and use the APPLY NOW button on the programme page.
Please also check what intakes the programme has as some programmes only have one intake per year.
▸ What English Proficiency Test results does Massey accept?
We accept IELTS, TOEFL (iBT or Paper-based) and PTE (Pearson Test of English).

▸ Do you accept other universities’ foundation programmes?
Yes, generally, if a foundation programme can get a student admitted into another New Zealand university’s degree programme, we most likely will accept it. Please contact your International Recruitment Coordinator for clarification.
▸ Are the Undergraduate and Postgraduate English requirements standard across all programmes?
While most programmes undergraduate programmes require an IELTS 6.0 with no bands less than 5.5 and most postgraduate programmes require an IELTS 6.5 with no bands less than 6.0, there are some programmes that have higher or specific requirements (such as Vet Science, Aviation, Nursing, Education, etc). ▸ What scholarships can my students apply for?

▸ My student is a government scholarship recipient. Am I eligible for commission?
Unless your student is a recipient of the NZAid or US Federal Aid scholarships, you’re most likely eligible for commission. Please check with your International Recruitment Coordinator.
▸ My student already has an application with Massey. Can I still represent the student as an agent and be eligible for commission?
